Designated organisations to elect representatives to the EC according to their constitutions or rules agreed upon by members;
- The EC to be exempted from registration
under the Societies Ordinance;
The PC to be similarly exempted from registration;
- NPC Resolution could stipulate any
dispute concerning the validity of the
elections should be considered by the PC;
Allegations of criminal activity
concerning the elections should be dealt with according to HK laws.
