THE BASIC LAW OF THE HONG KONG SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE REGION OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (DRAFT)
Mr. Allen LEE moved the Council :
That
this
following motion and addressed the
Council calls on the people of Hong Kong to express their views on 'The Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (Draft)' and urges the authorities concerned to take such views fully into account before the promulgation of the Basic Law.
