ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE

The

Secretary for Transport moved the following motion and addressed the Council :

That the period for which there remains in force the limit on the number of vehicles which may be registered as taxis specified in the Taxis (Limitation on Number) Notice 1988 published as Legal Notice No. 165 of 1988, be extended to 7 July 1990.

PHARMACY AND POISONS ORDINANCE

The Secretary for Health and Welfare motion and addressed the Council :

(a) the Pharmacy and Poisons (Amendment) Regulations 1989;
