The Attorney General moved the adjournment.

The President announced that as 12 Members had given notice of their intention to speak in the debate, he would exercise the discretion he had under Standing Orders to allow Members up to 60 minutes to complete their speeches and to allow Official Members up to 20 minutes to reply.
