FAC ORAL SESSION ON 3 MAY

In preparation for the FAC's oral session on 3 May, HKD
a telegram to Hong Kong asking for subjects which seemed of particular interest to the FAC during their recent visit to the territory. Paragraph 2 of the reply (copy attached) mentions their interest in the site for the future
Consulate-General.
2. I should be grateful if you (consulting HKD as necessary) would produce short defensive speaking notes for the PUS as soon as possible.
