As discussed, I suggest that you take the lead on items A to D
(as well as F, of course) and leave Mr Fifoot to field questions on
the Basic Law. The brief at E is in fact Mr Fifoot's draft passage
on Article 157 for eventual publication as a supplementary
memorandum.
