Criminal Procedure Ordinance
30. Section 24A(1) of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance is amended When by adding after paragraph (a)—

suant to an order made under section 4 of the Complex Commercial Crimes Ordinance 1988; or”.
31. Section 65D of Cap. 221 is amended-
(a) in subsection (3) by repealing "section 82 of the Magistrates
Ordinance" and substituting—

"section 85A of the Magistrates Ordinance or section 4 of the Complex Commercial Crimes Ordinance 1988, as the case may be,";
(b) in subsection (6) by adding after "committal proceedings"-

the making of an order of transfer under section 4 of the Complex Commercial Crimes Ordinance 1988, as the case may be,"; and
(c) in subsection (8) in the definition of "the prescribed period" by
adding after "trial"-
of 1988)
"or in relation to proceedings transferred to the court under section 4 of the Complex Commercial Crimes Ordinance 1988, such period as may be prescribed by the judge at the trial".
Notice of alibi
32. Part IV of Cap. 221 is amended in the subheading “Appeal against Subheading a discharge under section 16" by repealing "under section 16".

33. Section 81E(1) of Cap. 221 is amended by adding after “16”— of 1988) "or under section 22 of the Complex Commercial Crimes
Ordinance 1988".
