Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Emergency Relief Fund (Amendment) Ordinance 1988.
2. Section 5(2) of the Emergency Relief Fund Ordinance is amended by repealing "Secretary for City and New Territories Administration" wherever it occurs and substituting "Secretary for District Administration".
3.
Section 10(3) is amended by repealing "30 September" and sub- stituting "31 December".
4.
Section 11 is amended by repealing "the Colony" wherever it occurs and substituting "Hong Kong".
