Judicial Assistance in Civil and Criminal cases
We have come to know of a PRC/Poland agreement on judicial assistance in civil and criminal cases, effective on 13 February 1988. (no. 9, 1988, Bulletine of the State Council). Unfortunately the text does not seem to be avail- able in HK. Grateful if you could try to obtain a copy and send it to us asap.
It would be useful if you could also supply texts of other PRC judicial assistance agreements, if any. We have here only the PRC/France text.
