When the person to be served has received the document(s),
he should sign on the return form, stating the date of receipt.
The form shall be sent back to Guangdong Province High People's
Court.
If the person to be served is absent, an adult family member
living with him may sign to receive the document(s), and the
relationship of the recipient and the party concerned shall be
stated in the remarks column. The recipient must forward this
form to the person to be served within 7 days. If the person to
be served has gone away and cannot return to Hong Kong within
7 days, the number of days for which he will be absent from Hong Kong
must be entered in the remarks column.

In case of the person to be served being the agent ad litem of a
legal entity, other persons responsible for the company 'or
enterprise may, in his absence, take receipt on his behalf, with
the recipient's duties in the company or enterprise stated in the
remarks column. The recipient must forward this form to the person
to be served within 7 days. If the person to be served has gone
away and cannot return to Hong Kong within 7 days, the number of
days for which he will be absent from Hong Kong must be entered
in the remarks column.
