Pursuant to the provisions of Article 61 of the "Law on
Civil Procedure of the People's Republic of China (For Trial Implementation)”,

signed by the agent ad litem and. be accompanied by a
Tritten Status Declaration from the agent ad litem, who
shall be the person responsible for the company or
enterprise such as the Executive Director or the
Chairman of the Board of Directors, or the General
Manager in the case or a company without a Board of
Directors, or the proprietor in the case of a solely
owned organization..
3. The agent ad litem shall declare in the Status Declaration
the position which he holds in the company or enterprise
which is a party to the case, and list out the documents
