Service of documents shall be effected by double registered post
free of charge. If the entrusting party requires a special method
of service, it shall indicate its request in its written authorization
and be responsible for the necessary charge.
The actual implementation of the various arrangements mentioned
above will be further discussed by persons nominated by the leaders
of the two courts; then the leaders of both parties will confirm the
arrangements by exchange of, letters. The arrangements shall come to
effect and be implemented not later than 1st March, 1986.
