2. Letter of 28 March
The terms of the new clause dealing with the application of Part I of the Act to the colonies are satisfactory, but for consistency I think all the references to Orders in Council should have initial capitals (line 3 of subsection 1). We her have no further comments.
3. Letter of 29 March
