Page 2, line 15 [Clause 1] leave out from 'in' to end of
line 16 and insert accordance with those procedures'.
Page 14, line 23 [Clause 18] after 'state' insert in the
case of which the Extradition Act 1870 applies or as between
which and the United Kingdom extradition procedures under this
Part of this Act are available'.
Page 15, line 21 [Clause 18] at end insert-
'(aa) if it is made by some person recognised as a
diplomatic representative of a foreign state as
between which and the United Kingdom extradition
procedures under this Part of this Act are
available, sections 1, 3 to 10 and 12 to 17 above;
and'.
