another's such installation or to permit to be connected to his telecommunication installation another's such installation. (This is known in the television industry as a "must carry" provision.);

to regulate the broadcasting of advertising material on television; and

in lieu of an existing royalty on profits, to levy a royalty on fees or charges payable to licensees as regards advertising.

3. The provisions referred to at sub-paragraph (b), (c), (e), (f) and (g) of the previous paragraph are new. As regards paragraph 2(a), the underlying principle is not new but the extent of its application has been enlarged.

The remaining provisions of the Ordinance are either

consequential or technical.

Before the Deputy to the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
