I enclose herewith an item from "Variety" which indicates that the British Broadcasting Company has refused to allow a sexually explicit videotape but, nevertheless, it was passed and approved by the Television & Entertainment Licensing Authority. incomprehensible that Britain can refuse to air these videos and yet Hong Kong proceeds to do so.
