(xii) subject to (vi) to
(ix), a majority of
the directors of a
licensee company shall
be permanent residents
of, and ordinarily
resident in, Hong Kong;
(b) the
Broadcasting
Authority
should
be
invited
to
consider
(i)
what period of notice
would be appropriate
in place of 18 months
when a licence is
revoked pursuant
to
sections 14(1) and (2);
(ii)
the
case
for
introducing a power to
suspend a licence
and
the appropriate period
of suspension; and
