the Arbitration Ordinance, and for
the purposes of giving effect
the foregoing, the person by whom,
or on whose behalf, the
notification is given and the
Director of Accounting Services
shall be regarded as having
concluded an arbitration agreement
(within the meaning of that
Ordinance) whose provisions shall
be deemed to include a provision
that the aforesaid difference
shall, in the absence of
agreement, be determined by a
single arbitrator.
In the absence of agreement, the
Arbitration Ordinance shall, with
any necessary modifications, apply
to the determination of a
difference to which a notification
under subsection (9) relates.".
