and such Government or other announcements
supplied by the Government as the
Broadcasting Authority may require and shall
specify in the requirement and such
programmes and announcements shall be
broadcast at such time or times as shall be
so specified.
(2) In addition to the powers
conferred on it by subsection (1), the
Broadcasting Authority may require a
licensee to broadcast material supplied by
it at any time or within a period specified
by it in the requirement and on a programme
service so specified:
Provided that
(a)
in case such material is required
to be broadcast at any time
between the hours of 7 p.m. and 10
p.m. in any period from Monday to
Friday inclusive, it shall not,
without the consent of the
licensee, on any day exceed, or
exceed in the aggregate, 30
minutes in duration; and
