(5) A licensee shall not activate, energise or
otherwise operate any transmitter or antenna system
otherwise than in accordance with a condition attached
to the relevant licence.
(6) A condition which relates to the matters
referred to in subsection (5) shall not be attached to
a licence unless the terms of the condition have
previously been approved of by the Telecommunications
Authority, and approvals under this subsection may be
given by the Telecommunications Authority either as
regards transmitters or antenna systems generally or
as regards transmitters or antenna systems which are
of a particular class or description specified in the
approval.".

""Must carry" provision

Notwithstanding anything
otherwise contained in this Ordinance but
subject to the provisions of this section,
the Governor in Council may by a direction
