an individual or are individuals,
the declaration shall also decre
whether that person or each of
those persons has been ordinarily
resident in Hong Kong for at least
one continuous period of not less
than 7 years and whether he or
each of them, as may be
appropriate, is or are ordinarily
resident in Hong Kong on the date
of the declaration; and
in case the person making the
application is a company or other
body corporate, the aforesaid
declaration shall state whether
the body corporate is a company
ordinarily resident in Hong Kong;
and
(a) where the shares have been
transferred to a person who is by
virtue of section 17D(3) to be
regarded as having a relevant
interest in voting shares of a
licensee, the declaration referred
to in paragraph (a) shall state
the number of voting shares of the
