(4) 《 1987年管制色情及不雅物品條例》修訂如下
(a)廢除第3條,以下文取代
"Ordinance
3. This Ordinance shall not apply

Ordinance;

referred to i n section 32 (1) of the Film Censorship Ordinance 1988 which is approved for publication or exhibition under regulation 8 of the revoked regulations within the meaning of section 32(3) of that Ordinance; or
(c) material within the meaning
of section 2 of the

permitted to be broadcast under that Ordinance.";
