(2) An inspector may -

(a)

at all reasonable times enter any place in which

he has reason to believe a film is exhibited or

intended to be exhibited;

(b)

(c)

at any time enter any place in which he has

reason to believe that an offence under this

Ordinance is being or has been committed; and

in any place entered under paragraph (a) or (b)

(i) seize a film which appears to him to be

evidence of an offence under this Ordinance; and

(ii) require any person found in that place

to furnish to him for his inspection, his proof

of identity.
