the Film Censorship
(b)

Bill 1988, at Annex I,
should be introduced into the Legislative Council; and
the Bill should be printed and published in the Gazette, in the form of a Bill in English (Annex I) and in Chinese (Annex II).

On 3 November 1987 after considering memorandum XCC(87) 156 (copy at Annex III), the Executive Council advised and the Governor ordered that the revised Film Censorship Bill 1987 should be published for further public
