4. Any decision of a censor under the Ordinance may be reviewed by a Board of Review. The majority of the members of the Board are not public officers. The Board at the conclusion of any review can give directions to the Film Censorship Authority and any censor with respect to the exercise of any of their functions under the Ordinance.
5. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
