(b) a further certificate of approval issued under
section 13.
(3)
A person who knowingly contravenes subsection (1)
or (2) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a
fine of $10,000 and imprisonment for 6 months.
Inspection
and
enforcement.
23. (1) The Authority may authorize in writing any
public officer to be an inspector for the purposes of this
Ordinance.
