The balance of the loans and advances have probably been to other members and friends of the Ma clan who are not officials of Tai Sang Bank, and, therefore, are not required to be disclosed.
Deposits increased in 1987 by 38.33 percent, from $HK77.26 million to $HK106.87 million in 1987.
The bank is in a very cash-rich position, with $HK186.28 million cash on hand in 1987 compared with $HK108.15 million in 1986.
In 1987, Tai Sang Bank had $HK2.91 million invested in listed and unlisted shares compared with $HK2.13 million in
