It is clear from the above that either (a) there was a plot hatched by somebody to obtain unanimous consent of a statutory body, enabling the Government to demolish a proposed monument, or (b) somebody in Gus Chui's office
is a bloody fool or, alternatively, both (a) and (b) are true. Next week, watch for a few more clangers from Gus, as he perpetates, by design or by accident, a number of falsehoods.

CORRECTION SECTION
More information has emerged concerning the collapse of the Pak Shing Group of companies after the worldwide Crash of equity markets last October.
TARGET reported that publicly-listed IBI Asia (Holdings) Ltd was alongside Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd in having to pick up the pieces following the untimely demise of the Pak Shing Group of Companies.
It now appears that IBI Asia may not have been hurt as badly as International Bank of Asia Ltd. There are suggestions that IBI Asia has actually managed to get back some of the money it was owed by Pak Shing.
Lucky IBI Asia.
