UNIVERSITY OF HONG KONG (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1988
(No. 66 of 1988)
This Ordinance amends the University of Hong Kong Ordinance in order -
2.
(a) to clarify the procedures for terminating
the appointment of a teacher; and
(b) to enable the Chancellor to appoint a person
to act as Pro-Chancellor in the absence of the Pro-Chancellor.
Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
