(EPCOM)
Terms of Reference
(i)
To keep under constant review the state of
pollution in the outdoor environment; and
(ii)
to advise the Government, through the Secretary
for Health and Welfare, on appropriate measures
which might be taken to combat pollution of all
kinds.
