Terms of Reference
Το
attain the greatest measure of co-operation between the Government in its capacity as employer, and the general body of civil servants in matter affecting the Civil Service, with a view to improving the efficiency of the Public Service, and securing the well-being of those employed; to provide machinery for dealing with grievances, and generally to bring together the experience and different points of view of representatives of the Civil
Service.
Model Scale 1 Staff Consultative Council (Appointed by the Chief Secretary)
Terms of Reference
The objective of the Council shall be to achieve
better understanding and cooperation between the Government as the employer and the Model Scale 1 staff through regular discussions on all matters affecting the well-being of the latter, with a view to promoting their welfare improving the efficiency of the Civil Service.
