/ 1. I enclose receipts for the purchase of 4 books as gifts for the
delegation from Vietnam attending the 2nd round of Talks on Vietnamese Boat People here 11-12 October. I also enclose receipt for 4 sheets of wrapping paper (over-priced but the cheapest available!).

The cost of the 4 books in total was £53.95 and the wrapping paper came
£ 1.80 £55.75
as
I believe the cost is to be covered by Mr McLaren's programme budget but I would very much appreciate reimbursement as soon possible.
