Vietnamese Refugees in Hong Kong is a possible subject which may be raised nearer the time but there has been no hint of that yet.
As the briefing material for this meeting is likely to be fairly lengthy we hope to get it into Mr Renton's box on the 22 April that he may have some time to study it. Could I therefore ask you for your contribution by 18 April?
