Vietnamese Refugees in Hong Kong: British Refugee Council
Martin Barber of the British Refugee Council telephoned me today to say that the Council was very concerned about the refugee problem in Hong Kong. He wondered if Lord Chitnis could call on the Secretary of State before his visit to Hong Kong later this month.
