A discussion with the BRC could usefully be held at a senior level. Dr Barber has unfortunately left BRC to join the UN Co-ordinator on Afghanistan's office in Peshawar. But I am sure that the Deputy Director, Alan Phillips or Lord Chitnis would welcome an opportunity to discuss these points.
