I attach a brief for tomorrow's meeting with Mr Bayandor and Mr Bari of UNHCR. Subject to final confirmation from UKMIS Geneva the meeting will take place at 11.00 am in Mr McLaren's room; Mr Fifoot (Legal Advisers), Mr Millett (UND), and Mr Footman (HKD)
and I will also attend.
