consistently high case load of boat people, including high
8 proportion of long stayers. We are currently taking 46% refugees from Hong Kong (over 2 years). Also continue to accept refugees
under ODP (current backlog roughly 1,600) and under Rescue at Sea
Resettlement (RASRO).
