RESETTLEMENT OF VIETNAMESE LAND REFUGEES IN THAILAND
1. I enclose a copy of a self-explanatory letter from the ICRC which reinforces ICRC action taken in Bangkok in connection with the resettlement of priority cases of Vietnamese land refugees in Site 2.
2. You will see that these cases are available for resettlement for a limited period only and that five of them have family links in Hong Kong.
3. I should be grateful if you would let me know how we may reply to the ICRC:
