1. I enclose a copy of a letter to my Ambassador from Sergio Vieira de Mello, the Head of UNHCR's Asia Bureau, about UK participation in the next round of consultations on Indo-Chinese Asylum Seekers, to be held in Kuala Lumpur from 7 to 9 December.
3. I should be grateful for the names of the members of our delegation as soon as possible so that we may inform UNHCR.
