1. I submit a draft Cor eu about the forthcoming Asia
Working Group.

Hong Kong Department tell me that the 12 are on the
point of agreeing a demarche about Vietnamese refugees,
which will be finalised in the next day or two and
delivered before the AWG takes place. There does not seem to be any need therefore to request the subject's
inclusion on the AWG agenda. You may prefer that I delay
sending this Coreu however until final agreement is
reached, in case there are any last minute hiccups.
should still be able to dispatch the telegram by the end
of the week.
