membership of the Social Work Training Fund Committee reduce its quorum from 4 to 3;
(b) change the time schedule for the audited statement of accounts and an annual report of the Fund to be laid upon the table of the Legislative Council; and
(c) correct references of “the Colony” to “Hong Kong".
