Services to give the employer particulars of the accident and the injury when claiming the costs of fitting the employee with a prosthesis or surgical appliance. This requirement is unnecessary as the employer already has the particulars.

Section 15 makes transitional provisions.
9. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
