Explanatory Note
This order amends the franchise granted to
the Kowloon Motor Bus Company (1933) Limited to
restrict the picking up and setting down of
passengers within the North-west Transit
Service Area. It will come into effect upon
the official opening of the North-west Railway
and supersedes the Amendment of Franchise
(Kowloon Motor Bus Company) Order 1987.
