take up any passenger whose journey
is to terminate within the North-west
Transit Service Area,
unless permitted by the Commissioner for
Transport with the consent of the
Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation, or in an
emergency.
4.
This order shall come into effect
upon such date as the Secretary for Transport
shall specify, being a date after the date upon
which the North-west Railway is certified
pursuant to section 25(1) of the Kowloon-Canton
Railway Corporation Ordinance.
5.
The Amendment of Franchise (Kowloon
Motor Bus Company) Order 1987 is revoked.
