An Ordinance to amend the Public Finance Ordinance.
[1 July 1988]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Finance (Amendment) Short title Ordinance 1988.
2. The Public Finance Ordinance is amended by adding after sec- Section added tion 42-
(Cap. 2)
"Effect of dissolution of Legislative Council
43. For the removal of doubt, it is declared that acts of the Finance Committee under this or any other Ordinance, including any delegation under section 8(3) of this Ordinance, shall not be affected by a dissolution of the Legislative Council.".
