Amend the Business Registration Ordinance.
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Business Registration (Amend- Short title and ment) Ordinance 1987 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 1987.

2. The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended in item I by Amendment of deleting paragraph (ƒ) and substituting the following-

Explanatory Memorandum
The purpose of this Bill is to amend the Schedule to the Business
Registration Ordinance to give effect to the proposal in the 1987 Budget, to
increase the fee payable on the registration of a business or the issue of a further business registration certificate.
