This Ordinance implements a revenue proposal
in the 1987 Budget to increase by approximately 10%, the fee payable on the registration of a business or the issue of a further business registration certificate.
2. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
