Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
Amendment of section 4.
(a) in subsection (1)(c) by deleting "the Colony" and substituting the
following--
"Hong Kong"; and
(b) in subsection (2) by deleting "five thousand dollars" and sub-
stituting the following-
6.
“$10,000".
Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "fisheries" in the first place where it
occurs and substituting the following--
"authorized"; and
(b) in subsection (2) by deleting "fisheries" and substituting the
following-
}
7.
"authorized".
Section 6(2) of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by deleting "officer authorized by him in writing in that behalf'
and substituting the following-
"authorized officer”; and
(b) by deleting "of the Colony".
8.
Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "fisheries" in the first place where it occurs and substituting the following

"authorized".
Amendment of section 5.
Amendment of section 6.
Amendment of section 7.
Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of
"a research" and substituting the following-
section 9.
"an authorized".
