PUBLIC FINANCE (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1988

This Ordinance amends the Public Finance Ordinance to make it clear that decisions of the Finance Committee will continue to have effect after the dissolution of the Legislative Council.

Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
