SCHEDULE
The Schedule sets out the Articles referred to in the Bill, and
certain other provisions referred to in these Articles. The whole Convention was published in June of this year as Cm. 150. We do
not have powers by ourselves to amend the language of any of the
Articles. Since we have endeavoured to include all those Articles
which are relevant to the Bill, I hope that the Committee will be prepared to agree speedily that the Schedule should stand as part
of the Bill.
